About Online Banking

You can have access to your account anytime,any day with MemberDirect®. With access to the Internet and your Personal Access Code there are a wide variety of features available to you.  Transfer funds between accounts, check balances, download statement information into a number of popular financial programs, pay bills and even view images of the cheques that have cleared your account.

This is a free service.  To take advantage of this convenient way to access your account simply drop into the Credit Union and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.


Increased Authentication

Increased Authentication provides an additional layer of security to the login process. This feature requires you to select three security questions.

How it works

When you attempt to log into online banking from a computer that is not registered as trusted, you will have to answer one of your three security questions.

Registering your computer for faster logins

You can speed up the login process by opting to register your computer as "trusted".  When you log in from a registered computer, you don't have to answer a security question.

While you may choose to register your home or personal computer, you should not register shared or public computers.

Cookies are used to identify registered computers. If you clear your cookies, you will have to re-register your computer.
