We Value Your Voice!

Our Member Voice survey occurs in Spring and Fall each year. During that time, you may receive an email from Sentis and Sunshine Coast Credit Union requesting your feedback.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The results are carefully reviewed and help shape and elevate the experience we deliver to you – from products to advice.

If you visited us in-branch recently to open a new membership, lending or term deposit, you will receive an email inviting you to share your experience with us.
Your immediate feedback will help us quickly improve our products, processes and service. These surveys take just 3-5 minutes to complete.
