Direct Services Agreement

 July, 2018 - Periodically, we will introduce new MemberDirect® features to ensure additional value for members. When this occurs, an updated Direct Services Agreement (DSA) must be accepted prior to logging in to online banking.

The DSA -Personal has been updated to reflect new online convenience for our members: Online Account Opening (See Section 32). Members will be able to open new accounts such as chequing, savings and term deposits online in minutes, saving you time and increasing access to our services.

You will be asked to re-enter your PAC below to proceed toward online banking.
